According to the constitution, the Board is be responsible for the policy, management and general administration of the College and shall have power to do all things which may be required and which are incidental and/or ancillary to the proper conduct, management and administration of the College.

Massada College’s general community of the parents elects members of the Board at the Annual General Meeting, which is held in February each year.

Parents of current students attending Massada are eligible for election to the Board and to the executive of the Board.
