The teaching programmes and learning curriculum is a continuum from Pre-School to Year 7, with regular assessment, reporting and evaluation processes. As a direct consequence of these ongoing reviews of performance, differentiation in the curriculum may occur. This is not merely rhetoric; it is an integral and real facet of how Massada copes with individual differences between students.

The development of school spirit is both an outcome of effective learning programmes, and feeds and encourages tailoring the curriculum to suit the students. The Massada College school spirit is encouraged by many of the facets of school life, including school assemblies, inter-school sports, uniforms, camp, social gatherings outside the school, the annual magazine and our website. Happy, contented children and teachers working together – and supported by parents – in a warm friendly atmosphere, promote the school spirit.
