Easy Pay Plan - In order to make payments for fees easier, a periodic payment authority can be arranged through the Bursar.
Payment by Credit Card - Parents may avail themselves of the following credit card facilities for payment of fees - Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club.
Financial Difficulties?
Hopefully, the easy pay plan will make it possible for all to pay full fees in smaller amounts on a regular basis. Parents who have any difficulty paying the full account are invited to discuss a suitable arrangement with the Bursar. All such discussions are treated in the strictest of confidence. An application form is available for fee concession and must be lodged with the Bursar by the date nominated.
The VOA Memorial Kindergarten is a rich and dynamic environment and a very special place for young children. These beginnings and introduction into a structured daily routine are vital for the stability of young children. All sessions are treated as Childcare in terms of Family Assistance Office advice irrespective of whether Kindergarten or Child Care.
Any sessions booked are paid for whether the child attends or is absent. The only time a session can be swapped is for specific sessions such as photographs being taken, Sports Day, Graduation, excursions, or special activity days. On these occasions parents may swap their child from one session to another in that week only. This swap is to be arranged with the Kindergarten Director in advance. Festivals that result in the Centre being closed will not incur a fee.
Fees will be charged retrospectively at the end of the month. Invoices paid in full within 5 working days will have a 5% discount applied.
Childcare charges may be rebated depending on family income. As conditions relating to this rebate change form time to time, more details can be obtained from the Bursar.
